Change in the IPL Schedule 2013







Change in the IPL Schedule
New Delhi - The match schedule of the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has undergone revision in view of the state assembly elections in Karnataka May 5.

In total, the timing and location of 10 matches have been changed. The following is the list of changes that have been made:

1. Kings XI Punjab vs Delhi Daredevils – shifted from April 23 (8.00 pm, Mohali) to May 16 (8.00 pm, Dharamshala)

2. Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Delhi Daredevils – stays on May 4 – moves from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm – Hyderabad

3. Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Kings XI Punjab – shifted from May 4 (8.00 pm, Bangalore) to May 14 (4.00 pm, Bangalore)

4. Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Sunrisers Hyderabad – shifted from May 6 (8.00 pm, Bangalore) to April 9 (4.00 pm, Bangalore)

5. Delhi Daredevils vs Kings XI Punjab – shifted from May 13 (4.00 pm, Delhi) to April 23 (8.00 pm, Delhi)

6. Kolkata Knight Riders vs Pune Warriors India – shifted from May 14 (8.00 pm, Ranchi) to May 15 (4.00 pm, Ranchi)

Kai Po Che






Kai Po Che! is a 2013 Indian  film directed by Abhishek Kapoor based on Chetan Bhagat's novel The 3 Mistakes of My Life. Starring newcomers in the leads has become sucessful at the overseas Box Office collection.The film title Kai Po Che is originally a Gujarati phrase that means "I have cut the kite" which refers to a cry of victory yelled out when an opponent has been defeated in a kite flying challenge. Shooting started mid-April in Vadnagar and Ahmedabad.
Kai Po Che had a world premiere at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival on 13 February 2013 where it was the first ever Indian film to feature in the World Panorama section.

Storyline

Three friends who set out to open a training academy to produce the country's next cricket stars.
Storyline in Detail
Three childhood pals  set up a sports shop-cum-cricket academy in their Ahmedabad neighborhood. A brilliant sportsman in his school days, hot-headed slacker Ishaan (Sushant Singh Rajput) commits himself to coaching young hopefuls. Omi (Amit Sadh) taps his local politician uncle for a loan to set up the enterprise, while business-minded Govind (Rajkumar Yadav) takes on the responsibility of maintaining accounts. But just as things are looking up for our earnest protagonists, a series of unforeseeable events threatens to destroy their business and their years-old friendship.
Weighed down by a loan he can't repay, Omi is forced into taking on an active role in his uncle's fundamentalist Hindu party. Govind, meanwhile, becomes romantically involved with Ishaan's feisty sister (Amrita Puri), whom he's been tutoring in math. And Ishaan becomes obsessed with grooming a young Muslim kid with immense batting potential. The earthquake of January 2001 that ripped through the city and claimed thousands of lives not only quashes Govind's dreams of business expansion, but also drives a rift between Ishaan and Omi, who find themselves on the opposite sides of a communal divide.

PEPSI IPL 2013 OPENING CEREMONY

On 2 April at the Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata.The opening ceremony will be organised by the Kolkata Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan's firm Red Chillies Entertainment. The opening ceremony will be graced by other big-wigs from the B-town, like Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika PadukoneKatrina Kaif and many more.. The Opening Ceremony of the Pepsi IPL 2013 will be one of the most spectacular events ever witnessed, ” Rajeev Shukla, Chairman, IPL, said.
PEPSI Indian Premier League 2013 will start on 3 April 2013 in Eden Gardens, Kolkata and the final match of IPL 2013 will be played on Sunday May 26, 2013.
The timing of the matches will be the same, which are 4 PM for the first match and 8 PM for the second match on the days when there are two matches in a single day. If there would be a single match, then it will start at 8 PM.

The IPL opening ceremony is something that is not to be missed and a cricket- frenzy state like West Bengal will not miss it for the world. It is a surety that the tickets are going to sell at the speed of light. After all, it is the most grand ceremony held in India and considering it is being held at Eden Gardens, one would consider it a sin to miss this event.

Ever since the announcement of Dhoom 3, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding the film. From production stills to Aamir Khan’s look, everything about the upcoming fast-paced action flick has kept the netizens curious.

Interestingly, Abhishek Bachchan, who will reprise the role of Jai Dixit, recently revealed that half the film has been shot so far and said: “The status of Dhoom 3 is we are currently about 50 per cent through; we have just come back from a marathon schedule in the States (United States). Now we resume our indoor work in Mumbai.”
